We act as a sourcing agent and fulfillment service provider—not a manufacturer or seller of goods.

2. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal authority to enter a contract
  • Use our services for lawful business purposes

We reserve the right to decline or terminate service for any user.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account on our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep login details confidential
  • Notify us immediately of suspicious activity
  • Take responsibility for all actions performed under your account

We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.

4. Product Sourcing & Pricing

MSDropshipping sources products from third-party suppliers.
Therefore:

  • Prices may change based on supplier cost, availability, or market changes
  • We do not guarantee permanent availability of any item
  • Product images received from suppliers are for reference only
  • Final product details may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates

We always aim to provide accurate and reliable sourcing information.

5. Orders & Fulfillment

When you submit an order:

  • We process, pack, and ship your items directly to your customers
  • Processing time varies depending on the product and supplier
  • Shipping timelines depend on courier availability, customs, and destination country

Delays caused by customs, courier mishandling, or external factors are outside our control.

6. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made before order fulfillment
  • We accept payments through approved secure gateways
  • Refunds may be issued only according to our Refund & Return Policy
  • Chargebacks without valid reason may result in account suspension

We do not store or access your full card details.

7. Shipping & Delivery

You acknowledge that:

  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees
  • Customs fees, import duties, or local taxes (if any) are your or your customer’s responsibility
  • Lost or damaged packages can be investigated with the courier, but compensation follows courier rules

Supplier content used for product listings remains their property.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance

Our responsibility is limited to services directly under our control.

  • Disputes with your customers
  • Incorrect product claims or advertising done by you

13. Termination of Service

  • Engage in suspicious or illegal activity
  • Abuse our team or systems
  • Fail to pay amounts owed

You may also request account closure at any time.
